Why start a blog

We have recently decided to change the way we eat as a family. My husband just finished reading Good Calories, Bad Calories and realized the need. I am an advocate of sensible eating, you know lots of variety and moderation, so I am happy about this decision. The main point of the book is to cut out refined white foods.Doing so reduces your risk or diabetes, heart disease and other illnesses. I will use this blog as a way of keeping track of recipes and modifications made to them.
